1) do not edit anything save the size and background, 2) yes, you may add sparkles or animate them etc., 3) do not make it into a funky size or stretch it weird, 4) don't cover the main part of the drawing with text, 5) no changing colours, if you want a custome coloured pic, take a shot at the COLOURING BOOK ^_~ , 6) you may use any picture save the ones found in the coloured pages and the guest gallery, 7) I don't require my name all over ever tag, but a link back to my site is required.
